It depends on the reason behind why one throws up. If they are sick or drink alcohol/take recreational drugs, chances are they will throw up more often than an average person would. If the person is throwing up because they feel they need to bring their weight down, or there is some type of a connection between their weight and their throwing up, then yes, the person may have an eating disorder, especially if it is continuous.
