What to eat after doing these exercise routines?
Tues- 20 min cardio (2 and a half miles) then arms,back,shoulders, and chest workout
wed-20 min cardio (2 and a half miles) then abs,legs, and trunk workout
thurs-20 min cardio (2 and a half miles) then arms,back,shoulders, and chest workout
friday-20 min cardio (2 and a half miles) then abs, legs, and trunk workout
sat and sunday rest
today (abs,legs n trunk) after working out i drank a cup of chocolate milk and ate a banana and a spoonful of peanutbutter
is that too much too little? ok?
oh and what foods should i avoid if i want to lose body fat?
i am 16 years old
i work out daily but i cant seem to get the bottom four abs only the top two are visible
