» How much hair will I lose initially by using Rogaine? ?

They said temporary hair loss is possible. I want to know how much and for how long will I lose it? And when I really notice a differnce. I would say not to use chemicals on your hair. Why don't you go for some home remedies. Egg whites, lemon juice, oil massages, reducing stress and diet changes can reduce hair fall and make it healthier. You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for hair loss as well as for healthy hair at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/hairfall.htm... Probably 15-50 threads a day. But this is only temporary. Even with the usage of Rogaine, you can prevent that hair loss. I found some where in internet. » How can I start buying shares in Australia?

I'm 17 years old. I want to buy shares. How do I start? My friend has already bought some shares but she had help doing it, how do I start buying shares? Don't I need to find a stock broker?Yes you will need to register with a stockbroker. However you will probaly find that you need to be 18 years of age to register as you are not legally able to enter into contracts until then. Trading on the internet is quite convenient and also more cost effective. Importantly, you need to have a plan. You should never invest any money in the stock market that you cannot afford to lose. Right now there are a great number of companies whose shares have been oversold. Hence this creates a buying opportunity for the astute investor...... - 2009-07-04

» Carbon fiber hoods. Hail proof?

Does anyone have experience with a carbon fiber hood in a hail storm? If so, what size was the hail and how did the hood fare? I am looking into buying a new chase vehicle (Toyota FJ Cruiser) and I want to take some extra steps to protect the hood from hail dents. I have seen bed liner on hoods, but I don't think that my wife would go for that. I'm not looking for something to stand up to softball sized hail, that would be a tall order. I am really looking for something that can withstand golfball sized hail, and maybe a couple of baseballs.I would say no. I have a feeling carbon fiber would just shatter.Carbon fiber is touted as being stronger than steel, though.I just found a couple of articles about carbon fiber and it's autom...... - 2009-07-04

Help and thanks ^^Hi, I currently own a laptop and I used to have a desktop a while ago. It's fine to turn either of them off at night, and leave them on at day, that's what I do and no harm has come. You could also leave it on all the time if you want, but don't forget, if your laptop isnt plugged in while on, it will drain the battery. So don't worry, the only thing is that it might drain the battery of a laptop if it isn't plugged in, but other than that, you're fine Hope this helps :D If you leave your desktop computer on 24/7, as I do. I am finally about to pull the trigger on my first camera purchase. I was almost completely sold on the 40d, but since then, the xsi has come out which also has spot metering, but is a step behind the 40d in many other areas. I plan to use this camera on my summer trips to Italy and France, the Grand Cayman islands, and several other day/weekend trips up and down the east coast to document the areas I visit. I will also be taking sports photography, some portraits, and macro work. This upcoming school year I will be attending a film school, and to compliment my videos, I would like to be able to take artistic pictures to display at local art shows where I also display my paintings (hopefully I will even sell a few to help offset the cos...... - 2009-07-04

» How can i calculate electron number in element sub shell= spdf sistem by experiment without aofbau rules.?

number in p shell in s shell and d f shell by experimenttFor elements in the outer (non-transition metal) groups of the periodic table, you can use group relationships. E.g. elements in group 1 (lithium (Li), sodium (Na), potassium (K), rubidium (Rb), caesium (Cs), and francium (Fr)) will have 1 valence electron in their 'ns' orbital - Li n = 2, so it has 1 electron in the 2s oribtal; Cs will have 1 electron in the 6s orbital. E.g.For group 15 elements (nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), arsenic (As), antimony (Sb), bismuth (Bi)), they will have ns2 np3 valence electron configuration: so. As will have 4s2 4p3 valence electron configuration; Sb will have 5s2 5p3 configuration. For the transition metals remember that the valence...... - 2009-07-04

Would any of ya'll ask for your money back? I'm posing this for a friend of mine after I went through the wedding album. And quite frankly I'm appalled at the work. It's beginner amatuer at best and she charged entirely too much. :grumpy:Did they look at the photographer's portfolio before the shoot? Did they speak to other couples who used this person as a wedding photographer? The portfolio was pretty good. But the finished product is total crap. Aroma Therapy Machine What is the most effective Aroma Therapy Machine that can be easily found for under $75. Is there much difference between the nice ones and the inexpensive ones? thanx in advnceHi sherpaj, Electric heat or nebulizers are the kinds of aromatherapy machines recommended by AromaWeb. Nebulizers it seems, are more efficient, as they break the scent molecules into very tiny particles, more easily dispersed throughout the room. The more expensive models are electric, and often have timers. Some claim to have dishwasher-safe parts. The more expensive models may also have small fans to disperse the scent. Hi folks... possible baptism of fire here I suspect, but I promise I'm not trying to cause trouble. ;) We've been having an interesting discussion on UKww (http://www.ukweatherworld.co.uk/forum/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=6820&start=1) regarding the relevance of using the terms waterspout, landspout etc when they're technically all tornadoes, so I was curious what you think. Please discuss it a bit first before voting... you might change you opinion... ;) To my mind, a tornado is any vortex induced by convection stretching boundary layer vorticity, including those on convergence zones, whether over land or water, under a meso or not. Exemple: www.website.com/01/002/pages.aspx?sku=0&id=99 2) No semantic Not HTML compliant, no use of H1 (all P class="") And my goal is to have a better search engine ranking. Each time I purchase from the store they ask me for my advantage card, I give it to them and they add points. I now have 630 points on my card, but what is it for? I keep wanting to ask in store but the stores are so busy and there are so few staff. HELP!!Wow! 630 points. You should be able to use your points towards your next purchase. This is what I do when I am skint. I often need to get my daughters cream for her eczema and her nappies from boots (boots label are better than any other own store label) When my points are accumulated, it means I can use them to offset the price of my next purchase - so I get a nice discount. » Is it racist when.....?

an indigenous population express their dismay at the influx of foreign immigrants & choose to forcibly send them( & their descendants) home ? In Europe to suggest an end to immigration & the repatriation of immigrant families from beyond the EU( say those who arrived in the last 50 years) would see you hauled before the liberal mob & forever denounced as a neo-Nazi. But why? Do native inhabitants not have the right to determine who should live within their borders...? In Europe it seems not. I'd be interested to hear from those who believe that forced repatriation is a racist sentiment & to hear their arguments. It's not racist to impose limits on immigration. -- "As I look ahead, I am filled with foreboding; like the Roman, ...... - 2009-07-04

» Amazing 1940s Kodachromes

I was Googling for information on Kodachrome when I came across this photoblog website (http://www.shorpy.com/), which has loads of great old photographs on it. There is a large gallery of 4x5 Kodachromes from the early 1940s, and the full size versions are fantastic. I especially like this one (http://www.shorpy.com/node/2877?size=_original), which reminds me of my grandmother (who at around that time was serving in a searchlight battalion of the British army, illuminating the Luftwaffe's nightly visits). It is hard to believe this was taken over 60 years ago. Lots of other brilliant images in the gallery (http://www.shorpy.com/4x5-large-format-kodachromes) - click the thumbnail to see a slightly larger version, then open the full size v...... - 2009-07-04

» If my hubby paid taxes all year and changed his w4 to exempt for 3 months will we have to pay in?

Whether you have to pay or not depends on what he was claiming the rest of the year. But claiming exempt when you are not is illegal. He'd be better if he claimed some high number of allowances, maybe 10 or 12, so they wouldn't take anything out. Your federal taxes on your W2 are based on the total wages you made throughout the year. You can easily figure what amount of taxes you need to pay based on your yearly salary. The IRS have a withholding calc you can use to est your yearly taxes. You can find it at http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0... You will need a pay stub and last years tax return. But I find it is a pretty good tool to use to est the amount of tax you will owe or have to pay in. The "exempt" stat...... - 2009-07-04

I am still learning my camera (D70S) and realizing that I really need a tripod and a shutter release cord (is that even what it is called?). I do not know much about either of these things so I am hoping you can help me know what I should be looking for. For the shutter release cord there is a wired and wireless version for my camera. My thought is that wireless would be a lot more convenient, but is there something better about having a wire that I just have not thought of? For the tripod, what things should I be looking at? » Christians, IF god does not exist, would man invent him?

There is no doubt in my mind that Jesus Christ is the Truth. And I don't need tangible proof to believe that God exists. Paraphrasing the great English preacher Joseph Parker, I think that whoever believes that God exists and that Christianity is the Truth has all history, etymology and philosophy on their side. But my conviction is not founded upon the construction of a phrase, or the interpretation of the Bible. I rely on Jesus's teaching and compassion. When Jesus touched my soul into life, it's all I needed. I believe in Him because "once I was blind and now I see". Our heart is sometimes better interpreter than the understanding. What better proof is needed? He has redeemed my life from destruction. I answered yo...... - 2009-07-04
